Goleta, CA –– Tropicana Student Housing and Kitson Landscape Management are proud to announce that Tropicana Del Norte Residence Hall for UCSB Students has been named winner of the 2012 Goleta Valley Beautiful Award for Multi-Family Residential Category for an outstanding contribution to Goleta’s beauty. “We are honored by the recognition of Goleta Valley Beautiful,” said Tropicana Student Housing Executive Director, Dave Wilcox. We would like to thank our friends at Kitson Landscape Management for a job well done.”

Tropicana’s Kent W. Dunn and Sarah Kitson, of Kitson Landscape Management, accept the Goleta Valley Beautiful Award.

“This was a very fun and exciting project, said Sarah Kitson, President of Kitson Landscape Management, Inc. “The combination of textures, variety of colors, and overall theme played out very well while the overall goal of sustainability and resource conservation was achieved.”
